LOL: Vietnam runs out of WORLDS 2021 by the Covid

We baptize it as the unknown region face to the Worlds 2021, but it seems that there are few doubts with respect to the destination of Vietnamese teams facing the next International Tournament of League of Legends. Media from the country have reported that the region will become skipped by the planetary competition of Riot Games due to the problems to achieve a visa caused by the restrictions in response to the serious health situation that crosses right now Vietnam.

Why will not you go to Worlds and what are the consequences?

After being an example when minimizing the effects of the crisis caused by the COVID-19, Vietnam is now suffering the virulence of the disease. Pandemic arithmetic said that the better the first outbreaks of the worse infection have been resisted, it will be the situation in case of a later wave, and that is exactly the state of the country. With Positive Records and Tiny Vaccination rates due to lack of injectables (While Europe thinks of the third dose), both the Ho Chi Minh city and the rest of the territory faces a dramatic situation.

The Summer Split of VCS has not yet ripped due, too, to problems derived from the health crisis. However, Riot Games would have planned to send to GAM ESPORTS and Saigon Buffalo to the world as a reward to their good performances in the Spring Competition. A plan that failed when the competition still had China as headquarters and that it does not seem to have improved now that the Worlds will be played in Europe.

This absence will suppose the third consecutive one for the region, which was already lost the last MSI and the past world championship. In the previous edition the solution arrived in the form of a prize for Korea, which stood at its third classified in the group stage. In case of proceeding itself, this time it would be Europe the beneficiary watching as rogue escapes the play-in. However, decisions are still not confirmed about it.
