Dayz not banned in Australia after removing file cannabis

Earlier this month, the burning passion for the destruction of zombies has been destroyed in Australia because of a particular smell. It was the wet grass that ended the sale of Dayz in Australia. Apparently, there was a common element in the game that restore the player's health. The problem is that the element has not even been implemented. Nevertheless, the Australian classification committee found good to prohibit the physical sales of the game, and then expand this ban on digital sales on all platforms. However, yesterday, we learned that a modified version of the game had been erased, which is now unauthorized Dayz in Australia.

Reported for the first time by Kotaku Australia, Dayz is now ranked MA15 + below. Their image shows part of its application, which consists of a checklist of various considerations that affect the assessment of a game. These considerations are as follows: Themes, violence, language, drug use, nudity and sex. They are then measured on a ladder ranging from very soft impact. Dayz has a strong impact (second largest) on themes and violence, and a moderate impact (center) on language. But we want to know more about the use of drugs. In this application, drug use is not evaluated. This suggests that the cannabis seal, which was to be in the game, left.

Now that Dayz is back in business, what has changed? Well, in the game, nothing has changed. The incriminated content for which it was forbidden first has never been used. IRL, this controversy may have attracted the interest of more players. Nothing attracts attention as the prohibited material.

Was all this situation good or bad for Dayz? Let us know in the comments below.
